The Menu

 

All meals are prepared in the ranch house kitchen, “family style”, one choice/one selection, for everyone.  

 

Dinner must be ordered by 12:00 noon

Dinner will be served between 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm  

 

 

 

Dinner

 

 

Country Fried Chicken:

½ frying hen is floured and shallow fried in 100% Pure Olive Oil. Served with creamy gravy, mashed potatoes and steamed peas.

 

Game Hen:

A Game Hen is stuffed with wild rice, nuts and berries. Baked to a golden brown, and served with gravy on the side. Accompanied with fresh steamed vegetable.

 

             Grilled Salmon: (when available)

A salmon filet is grilled and set on a bed of glazed onions. Brown rice and a steamed fresh vegetable finish the dish.

 

             Sautéed Shrimp: (when available)

Shrimp are sautéed in clarified butter and crushed garlic. Set atop fluffy white rice with fresh steamed vegetable on the side.

 

Stuffed Bell Pepper:

A sweet bell pepper is stuffed with ground chuck, rice and onion; it is baked and served on a bed of buttered linguini and mushrooms, topped with stewed tomato.

 

Stir Fry Vegetables :

Fresh cut bell pepper, onion, garlic, broccoli, green squash and mushrooms are flash fried in 100% Pure Olive Oil until tender; they are the served aside crisp fried rice.

         Beef

         Pork

         Shrimp, when available

 

Dessert

Pot de Crème

Sunday Brunch

Brunch must be ordered by 4:00 pm Saturday

Brunch will be served between 10:00 am & 12:00 noon

 

 

 

 

Corn Meal Griddle Cakes:

Corn meal is added to our favorite pancake batter for a slightly heavier pancake, with a rich corny taste. Maple syrup, bacon/sausage and seasonal fruit.

Aunt Jane’s Favorite Pancakes:

A fluffy, egg rich pancake with just a touch of sweetness, umm umm good. . Maple syrup, bacon/sausage and seasonal fruit.

Egg in a Nest:

An English muffin is hollowed and filled with scrambled eggs. Baked and topped with cheddar cheese. Bacon/sausage and seasonal fruit.

    

 

Deep Dish:

Diced fried potatoes, crisp bacon, scrambled eggs and salsa are heaped into a deep dish, topped with cheddar cheese and baked. . Bacon/sausage and seasonal fruit.

 

Fried Potatoes:

Russet potatoes are thinly sliced, fried crisp and golden brown in 100% Pure Olive Oil and then lightly dusted with salt. Bacon/sausage and seasonal fruit.

Beverages:

Orange juice/ Tomato juice or milk (2%)
