RATES and RESERVATIONS

The cottage rents for $200 per night, single/double occupancy
Each additional person or "guest" over the age of 12 is $50.00 per night 

Children 12 and under stay for free. 

     * maximum of 6 people

     * no guests may be added after check-in

• Weekend rentals are a two day minimum 
• Check in and check out times will be booked according to your needs
• Directions to Miller Lake Retreat LLC will be provided with your reservation

 To reserve your stay at Miller Lake Retreat LLC we will require a 50% deposit due upon booking.  This deposit is non-refundable.  The rental balance is due at check in; any additional charges will be added to your account and is due at check out.

If you cancel less than 10 days prior to your booking, you will be charged for the full amount of your reservation.

                    **Missing items and or damages will be charged to guests account.**

We  have golf carts for rent at $10 per day.  They will help you navigate the 130 acres, getting to and from the best fishing places, or to help you  site see the beautiful property.
