           * All meals are prepared in the ranch house kitchen, and served to you "family style", one choice/selection for your family.

 

                            *  We ask that you order your meal by 12.00 (noon) so that we may have time to prepare your meal.

 

                                       * Dinner served from 5:00p.m.-9:00p.m./ Sunday Brunch from 10:a.m.-12:00 a.m.

 

 

                                                                                                 DINNER

        

  PORK  

 

 Sauteed  Pork Chop                        

One pork chop, browned and smothered with thin slices of sweet onion then covered and steamed until tender.  Accompanied with a baked apple stuffed with nuts and berries.  Your choice of fresh steamed broccoli or green beans.

 

  Country Fried Pork Chop

One pork chop, dredged in flour and fried in extra virgin olive oil.  Served with country-style cream gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed peas and homemade, from scratch, biscuits.

 

  Ham and Pinto Beans

Chunks of ham and freshly cooked pinto beans accompanied with slighly sweetened, fresh baked cornbread.

 

 

 CHICKEN

 

  Country Fried Chicken

One breast or a drumstick and thigh are floured and fried in extra virgin olive oil until crisp.  Served with country-style cream gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed peas and homemade , from scratch, biscuits

 

  Chicken and Dumplings

Chicken breast, egg noodles and sweet peas are simmered in a thick broth.  Topped with "light as air" dumplings.

 

  Game Hen

One game hen, stuffed with wild rice and berries and oven baked until golden brown.  Served with a "brown" chicken gravy on the side.  Your chioce of fresh steamed broccoli or green beans.

 

 

 

 

BEEF

 

  Stuffed Bell Pepper

One sweet bell pepper stuffed with ground chuck, rice, onion and spices, baked and served on a bed of buttered linguini.  Topped off with Italian style stewed tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.

 

  Stir Fry Vegetables

Freshly cut bell pepper, onion,garlic, broccoli,zucchini and mushrooms are flash fried lightly in extra virgin olive oil left just slightly crisp.   Served with a side of fried rice.  Add chicken, beef, or pork for a little more$.

 

* Dinner Salad is extra

 

 

 

DESSERT

  *Baked Egg Custard  *  Pot de Creme  * Vanilla Pudding   * all made fresh and from scratch!

 

 

 

 

                                                        SUNDAY BRUNCH

                                                               * Brunch must be ordered by 4:p.m. on Saturday                                                                   

                                                              * Brunch is served between 10 a.m. and 12 noon 

 

 

 

  Corn Meal Griddle Cakes

Corn meal added to homemade pancake batter for a richer, more flavorful pancake.  Maple syrup, choice of bacon or sausage and seasonal fruit. 

 

  Aunt Jane's Favorite Pancakes

Fluffy and egg rich pancakes , slightly sweet and delicious!  Maple syrup, bacon or sausage and seasonal fruit.

 

  Egg in a Nest

An English muffin hollowed out and filled with scrambles eggs.  Topped with cheese and baked until done.  Bacon or sausage and seasonal fruit.

 

  Fried Potatoes

Russet potatoes, thinly sliced and fried to perfection in olive oil and dusted with salt.  Add an egg or two for slightly more and served with your choice of bacon or sausage and seasonal fruit.

 

  Deep Dish

Diced fried potatoes, bacon, scrambled eggs and salsa, heeped into a deep dish, topped with cheese and baked until done.  Choice of bacon or sausage on the side and seasonal fruit.

 

  Juices

Orange juice, apple or grape juice or milk.
